These charges pass through at Meta's exact rates. Service messages (customer replies within 24 hours) are always free. No — all your contacts are stored, always. Contact storage is unlimited on every plan. The reach limit only applies to outbound broadcasts and campaigns: how many contacts you can actively target in a single send. If you have 7,000 contacts on Starter, all 7,000 are saved and you can chat with anyone who messages you, but you can only broadcast to 5,000 at a time. No data is ever deleted.
