What happens after you write in
- How quickly will someone reply?
- Usually within one working day. We are a small team in India, so messages sent late in the evening or over the weekend get picked up the next working morning. You get a reply from a person, not an autoresponder sequence.
- Will I get put through a sales process?
- No. There is no sales call requirement and no demo gate. You can sign up from the site without talking to anyone. Ask for a demo if you want one, and it will be someone who knows the product walking you through it.
- I am already a customer and something is broken
- Say so in the message and include your account email. Anything affecting live messaging gets looked at first. Common delivery and connection problems are covered in our error codes reference, which often has the answer faster than we can reply.
- I just want to know what it costs
- You do not need to ask. Plans and message rates are published on the pricing page, and the cost calculator will estimate a monthly bill from your volume. We pass Meta’s message rates through at cost.
