Which one do you need?
- You want to know what we do with your data
- Read the Privacy Policy. It covers what we collect, where it is stored, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and how to ask for a copy or a deletion. Customer conversation data belongs to you.
- You are signing up, or checking what you agreed to
- Read the Terms of Service. It covers acceptable use, account responsibilities, and how either side can end the agreement. Using Boldally Chat also means following Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies, since the messaging runs on their platform.
- You want to cancel, or want your money back
- Read the Refund Policy. It sets out the refund terms for monthly and annual plans and what happens to your account after cancellation. Note that per-message charges are billed by Meta and handled separately from your subscription.
