Boldally Chat vs Twilio
These two are not really the same product. Twilio sells the pipes: an API you build on top of. Boldally sells the finished thing: an inbox your team logs into on Monday morning. Which one is right depends on whether you have engineers to point at it.
If you have a development team and you are building WhatsApp into your own product, Twilio is a reasonable choice and we will not pretend otherwise. Its API surface is broader than ours and it covers channels we do not touch. If what you actually want is a shared inbox, broadcast campaigns and template management that work the day you sign up, without writing code, that is what Boldally Chat is. Pick by which sentence describes your team.

The same Meta rates. No markup from us.
Every provider pays Meta the same per-message rate. The difference is what they add on top. Take 10,000 marketing messages at Meta’s ₹0.88 rate: that’s ₹8,800. A provider adding a typical 20% markup charges you ₹1,760 more. With Boldally you pay Meta’s rate, passed through at cost.
Why teams choose Boldally
Zero markup on messages
You pay Meta's per-message rate at cost. We add nothing, where many platforms put 10 to 20 percent on top.
Pricing you can predict
Published plans from ₹999 a month. No setup fees, no per-message margin, and no sales call to get a number.
You own everything
The official WhatsApp Business API, with your WABA, number, and templates registered to you. If you ever leave, you keep them.
Builders who stay on it
Boldally is built and supported by hands-on engineers. When you switch, we help you move your WABA and phone number across, along with your contacts and message templates.
Boldally details reflect our public pricing as of July 2026. Other providers’ plans and prices change often, so we don’t publish theirs here. Check Twilio’s current pricing on their own site. This comparison is based on publicly stated positioning.
Common questions
Does Boldally have a public API like Twilio?
Not today. A public REST API, API keys and outgoing webhooks are on our roadmap but not shipped. If your project needs to send WhatsApp messages from your own code right now, Twilio or another CPaaS is the honest answer. Boldally is built for teams who want to work in an inbox rather than build against an API.
Which is cheaper?
It depends on volume and on what you count. Boldally charges a monthly platform fee from ₹999 and adds 0% to Meta's per-message rates, so your message spend is Meta's rate exactly. Twilio prices per message on top of Meta's rates and bills in USD. Compare the all-in monthly figure for your own volume rather than the headline number.
Can I use both?
Some teams do, running transactional notifications through a CPaaS and customer conversations through an inbox. That means two WhatsApp senders and two bills, so it usually only makes sense once volumes are large enough to justify the split.
Do both use the official WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. Both are built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, so message delivery, template approval and the 24-hour service window work the same way on either. The difference is what sits on top of it.
